Setting your preferences

Changing the theme

To change the general theme of the application:

  1. In the Settings menu, click on Settings.

    Select Theme. A menu proposes the available theme options:

    • System default: the theme of your device determines the theme of the application..

    • Light

    • Dark

Android

Changing the application language

In the Android version, you can change the application language by following these steps:

  1. In the Settings menu, click on Settings.

  2. By selecting Language, a menu will open listing the languages offered on the application.

  3. Select the language of your choice.

Managing notifications 

To activate or deactivate application notifications :

  1. In the Settings menu, press Settings.

  2. Press Notifications.

  3. Check/uncheck the All Aldiko notifications box.

To activate or deactivate application notifications :

  • In the Settings menu, check/uncheck the Notify when new loans are available option.

My books

The Import categories from EPUB files option enables the application to extract the categories documented in the metadata of imported files. Ebooks are thus automatically categorized according to the information provided by publishers.

My accounts

This section lets you manage all your library and Feedbook accounts. Simply select the account of your choice to access it. You can Disconnect or Delete an account by pressing the three dots (...) in the top left-hand corner of the screen.
